Lip roller

Lip roller for round cups with a diameter of 45 mm to 100 mm.

With three zone screw spindles, the cups are transported continuously through a heating zone, then a flanging zone and finally through the cooling zone. The heating zone is divided into different heating areas that can be set individually.

Of course, the cup rims must have a consistent rim design and shape, this is defined in the die-cutting tool.

Up to 800 cups per minute can be crimped with this design. For larger quantities, the radiant heaters and the servomotors must be designed larger.
