L20 - New improved sensor LAS40
The Laser based Double Sheet Detection System L20 got a improved Sensor, which now allows a wider range of applications.
The LAS40 sensor comes with a special designed clean air housing. It uses a constant stream of clean compressed air in order to significantly reduce the soiling of the optical lenses with oil mist.
Thus the cleaning cycles of the lenses are strongly reduced and now mounting of sensors in conveyors with washers and oilers can be realized.
Application areas:
Double Sheet Detection in High Speed Press Lines, Tandem Press Lines, Transfer Press Lines.
Suited for detection at very small sheets.
