ToolHolder: Safer packaging and transport of tool holding fixtures

BlockPack, the patented packaging concept from rose plastic, impresses with its TwistLock locking system. So much so that it has been presented with the German Packaging Award 2013 and the WorldStar Packaging Award 2013/2014. The product range has now been extended by several new sizes and includes diameters of 8-105 mm and effective lengths of 50-620 mm.

Our innovative BlockPack family is growing and so emphasizes its versatility and sustainability. From now on there are suitable ToolHolder inserts. This combined with the BlockPack results in a high quality, stable single package, that provides optimum protection for Capto®, KM or HSK tool holding fixtures. The perfectly adapted ToolHolders ensure a tight fit of the tool holders in axial and radial direction. The length-adjustable BlockPack with grids and TwistLock mechanism is the ideal basis. It enables precise adjustment, thus removing the need for additional foam inserts. The ToolHolder inserts are available in six sizes with Capto®, KM or HSK tool holding fixtures.

As a world-leading manufacturer in the field of cutting tool packaging, rose plastic will be exhibiting at this year’s EMO in Milan from 5th to 10th October 2015. In addition to the new ToolHolder inserts, we will also present the new MH-Pack, a high-quality and stable individual packaging for modular milling heads made of tungsten carbide as well as numerous other innovative new products and further developments at the EMO.
