The new PIPECUT TURBO 250/400 from ROTHENBERGER – quick, precise cutting of metal and plastic pipes

The PIPECUT TURBO 250/400 is a portable pipe cutting system for quick and precise cutting of pipes Ø 20 - 250 mm (PIPECUT TURBO 250) and Ø 80 - 400 mm (PIPECUT TURBO 400).

It enables flexible working with diverse pipe diameters for the following materials: steel, copper, cast iron, aluminium, stainless steel (INOX) and plastic. Steel pipes with a wall thickness of 8 mm and plastic pipes with a wall thickness of 20 mm can be cut. Furthermore, the modular system supports an easy change of the clamping system. Thus, the PIPECUT TURBO 250/400 is characterized by a convenient and compact construction, as well as by an easy cleaning.

The self-guiding saw blade is equipped with a LED & laser lighting guide. Due to adjustable guiding elements perfect 90° cuts are guaranteed. A hidden cutting disc and an overload control with integrated emergency-off function ensure the highest work safety.

In addition, the PIPECUT TURBO 250/400 possesses an adjustable cutting speed which is perfectly suitable for working with stainless steel (INOX) and plastic. The one-man sawing system is easy to transport and the ergonomic design of the machine improves the working efficiency.
