Electric, digital temperature and humidity controller with display for hazardous locations

The compact ExReg-D controller provides regulation and monitoring of temperature and humidity in safety critical HVAC systems.

Installation take place in the hazardous location in zone 1, 2, 21 and 22. For industrial applications in safe area the InReg-D controller is available. The measuring range amounts -40…+125 °C respectively 0…100 %rH. The electrical 24 V AC/DC power supply occurs over a integral Ex-e terminal box. The robust aluminium housing is verifiable protected against dust and water jets and is certified according ATEX, IECEx and IP66. Product highlights/features are a alarm with alarm delay function, a switch-on delay of 3 seconds and a integrated PID loop. The actual value indication appears on a backlighted LCD display, which can be switched off if necessary.

The compact controller comes with predefined settings and is programmable without any additional tools directly on-site.

No additional module is required in the panel and also no intrinsically safe wiring is needed. This saves space and reduces the life-cycle costs.

Optional the ExReg-D controller is available with seawater resistant offshore/marine coating or made of stainless steel.
