ROTZINGER concludes agreement with PACKFEEDER

- ROTZINGER Group AG, Switzerland, has taken over PACKFEEDER SLU, Spain

- Tomàs MULET VALLÈS, founder of PACKFEEDER, continues supporting the business

- ROTZINGER is committed to further develop the business in the long term

Terrassa, Spain, January 1st, 2022. ROTZINGER Group AG has taken over PACKFEEDER SLU. The two companies have reached an agreement to this effect. PACKFEEDER, founded in 2002 by Tomàs MULET VALLÈS, employs 22 people. Its product portfolio is specialized in the manufacturing of unscrambling machines. The company retain its well-known name PACKFEEDER and remains in its recently relocated headquarters in Terrassa close to Barcelona.

PACKFEEDER SLU develops and produces unscrambling machines for a wide range of bottle types. Bottles are separated from a heap and are erected and aligned either in a traditionally mechanical way (in-line) or by means of a patented robot system (Pickfeeder) to then be transferred to a downstream filler machine. PACKFEEDER sells its products successfully all over the world.

For PACKFEEDER, the affiliation with ROTZINGER Group further strengthens the market position and brings greater security and stability for an unlimited future. PACKFEEDER has been working with HANSELLA’s filling & capping division for many years. Previous owner and managing director, Tomàs MULET VALLÈS, is satisfied: ” I am delighted to have found the ROTZINGER Group. PACKFEEDER SLU is to remain in Terrassa. It has been agreed that the purchase price and other details of the purchase agreement will not be disclosed.

Packfeeder moves to new facilities

Coinciding with the above change, the activity and registration address (fiscal domicile and activity domicile) have changed to new premises based in the following address:
