Introduction:

Working Principle:

Conical screw mixer is made based on the principle of rotation and revolution, conveying the material along with the axle by means of rotation. Simultaneously, the material is upward and downward cycled by gyratory stirring along wall surface of cone, with the central revolution, conical screw mixer can be performed in the shortest time.

Conical Screw Mixer consists of a conical shape vessel with a screw agitator that rotates about its own axis while orbiting around the vessel’s periphery. The drive system consists of two motors; one for rotation of the main drive, the other for the rotation of the screw. The screw is well supported from the top drive assembly. Depending on the size of the blender and the application, it can also be supported at the bottom by a support bearing.
