Safe-Fire sleeve for high temperatures

Safe-Fire sleeve is resistant against high temperatures:

260°C continuous

1000 °C / 20 min

1600 °C / 30 sec

Sizes available:

ID 10 - 65mm in every 5mm

This sleeve is produced from glass fiber and has a silicone rubber coating.

You can protect hoses, wires and cables from molten metal splash, high heat hazards and occasional exposure to flame in steel plants, foundries, mining, offshore, aerospace, cutting and welding shops and wherever hoses, cables and wires may be exposed to high temperatures.

Minimum order is only 600 m and this can contain different sizes. Laser print is possible on OD 16 - 110mm spirals and a sample is always provided for approval prior to production.

Bundles your hoses together quickly and easily!

Three standard lenghts: 500mm, 1000mm and 1500mm, other lengths on request. Customer branding possible, MOQ 3000m of band. Black buckle and loop to hold the extra band end. Main advantage with our Safe-Strip is the taper cut edge for easy threading into buckle!
