INTEGRA Modular can perform amazing products with the maximum speed and precision. The total compatibility of the template frames with the other SAGITTA machines allows studs, rivets and eyelets

application, stitching, embroidery on the same product without any loss of accuracy.

SAGITTA INTEGRA Modular is a high-performance LASER with GALVO HEAD and can be used either on its own as a laser only or combined with NC multi-heads machines for nailheads and rivets or with NC

stitching or embroidery machines to achieve unique and imaginative creations.

All functions of INTEGRA Modular are controlled by a single software which is able to handle all the other SAGITTA machines combined with INTEGRA Modular in order to have

a global system that allows to create any project in a simple, intuitive and quick process.

The movement of the templates is run by brushless motors combined with recirculating ball screws. The movements of X - Y axis are fast and extremely precise and allow a working area of 600 x 400 mm.

The GALVO HEAD drives the laser beam with very high speed and accuracy by special mirrors moved by electromagnetic motors, allowing higher quality results than on traditional cutting systems.

The laser source (CO2 sealed made in USA) combined with the best high quality German Optical Lenses offers:

- Better control of the cutting calibration

- Better cutting linearity

- High working speed

The Spot (i.e. the cutting point) is very small: 136 micron.

These features allow:

- Higher speed for the same power source

- Lower burning for the same cut material

- Higher precision in the angles or in the details.

The experience developed on natural leather proved that the best results are achieved by using a reduced working area.

INTEGRA Modular has a preset area of 200x200 mm.

To process shoe uppers or leather goods with higher dimensions than the preset area, the NC makes the templates move so that to exploit completely the available area of 600x400 mm.

A particular function contained in "STILISTA3" software, named "High Quality Cutting", controls each single spot of the source and of the movement of the mirrors and optics and allows cleaner cut than laser system, with same features, allows on the same material. This function is extremely important when cutting natural leather.

INTEGRA Modular does not require high power sources. 100W or 150W is sufficient because the goal to perform high quality working is reached thanks to the features of its main laser components (source, optics, galvanometric head), to the small spot (cutting point) and to the many controls carried out by STILISTA 3 software such as Power, Speed, Frequency, Repetitions, Delay among the repetitions (to cool down the material), Material Thickness (Focus Point), Out of Focus (leaving unchanged the material thickness), Micro-Perforation, Resolution, Raster, Marking with special points.
