Strategic acquisition of Eisenmann Intec in Germany

SAMES KREMLIN, members of EXEL Industries group, has just finalized its acquisition process of Eisenmann INTEC GmbH & Co.

SAMES KREMLIN, members of EXEL Industries group, specialized in applications of paints and high viscosity products in Automotive and General Industrial applications, has just finalized its acquisition process of Eisenmann INTEC GmbH & Co. KG., which will become iNTEC SAMES-KREMLIN GmbH.

iNTEC SAMES-KREMLIN reinforces the SAMES KREMLIN offer in the application of high viscosity products with top-level customer references. The complementarity of offers and global commercial networks makes this acquisition a strategic step in the development plan of the two companies.
