SANY concrete machines delivered to client in Jordan
Recently, a batch of SANY C10-generation truck-mounted concrete pump of EURO III emission standards and SANY lightweight truck mixer, in a total number of more than 20 units, were delivered to a key account in Jordan.
In 2021, the client organized a tour in China in search of the best concrete machinery manufacturer and finally settled on SANY. “In order to minimize potential risks, we decided to go for what we identified as the leading brand in the industry after meticulous consideration of all the facts. As a brand, SANY is promising and reassuring to us,” said Mohammad.
Nicknamed “king of the pump world”, SANY is a frontrunner in the industry of concrete machinery. SANY pump trucks are outfitted with “X”-shaped outriggers, offering enhanced terrain adaptability, increased structural strength and better outrigger flexibility compared to traditional swing-out outriggers. Its reduced fuel consumption of up to 5-10% lower than average is another highlight of the C10 pump truck, especially in light of surging oil prices.
These SANY concrete machines are equipped with Volvo chassis, a brand with a robust local spare parts supply.
Despite a long boom stretching to 62 meters, shock absorption technology prevents the boom end from excessive shaking. “Such a long boom with so little shake really makes its operation easier,” commented the operators on site.
In addition, SANY concrete pumps use oil pumps with a large displacement, high-capacity hoppers of up to 700 L and wide delivery cylinders. These configurations make SANY pump trucks reduce the risk of pipe blockages. The operators even managed to supply one pump truck with two truck mixers.
Fang and Wang are two service engineers long stationed at the project site for the delivery of equipment and the provision of training to the client. Being teachers of all the operators, they acquired the nickname “Shifu” from Ashraf, one of the local operators. Shifu means “master” in Chinese, which made the two “Shifus” feel great pride and value in what they do.
