Excellent heat dissipation

SY215C excavator powered by customized Mitsubishi engine with rated power of 114kW@2,050rpm is highly productive and cost effective. To improve heat dissipation, the air intake area of radiator is increased by removing part of the partition from 0.29 square meters to 0.36 square meters; moreover, the triangle wave fine is replaced by rectangular wave fin so as to improve the heat transfer efficiency and is not easy to cause jam.

In addition, the excavator engine is separated from the air filter and the main pump by placing partition in between, in this way, the water temperature is greatly reduced while the oil temperature remains constant during work in high temperature.

Wear resistant structure

In Middle East, excavators are built with reinforced structure and multilayer filters to withstand the abrasion and wear while exposed to the sun, and sand environment. The oil filter, air filter, hydraulic filter and rotary joint all contribute to strengthen the excavator's adaptability to oil and air quality and shorten the maintenance time significantly.

The boom and arm of SY215C excavator is reinforced in key joints to form a compact, strong and durable structure. The bucket is made of high rigid steel sheet with tips and side cutters for stronger resistance, and anti-wear sheet in bottom. What's more, the lower structure with reinforced X-frame is suitable for heavy duty excavation. Two traction rings are added to improve stability when pulling.
