Amplifiers with buil-in positioning function

SANYO DENKI EUROPE SA. is pleased to introduce new AC servo amplifiers with built-in positioning function, expanding the lineup of the SANMOTION R 3E Model series. The lineup comes in a wide variety of capacities and with 100, 200 and 400 V input voltages. These products are ideal for building positioning systems for rotary tables and conveying machines.

FEATURES

1. Efficient positioning control

A maximum of 254 points can be set.

Optimizes rotary table positioning, finding the shortest path to the target destination.

Continuous motion, speed at each point, S-curve acceleration / deceleration and servo gain can be set.

2. Systems can be simplified

Positioning controllers are not necessary, reducing wiring and saving space.

3. Helps build a safe and efficient system

Equipment can be decelerated and stopped immediately when approached by a worker, ensuring workplace safety.

Furthermore, motors can be stopped without cutting power to the equipment, shortening reset time.

4. Selectable interface types

Two interface types are available: a parallel type that sends command signals via I/O and a serial type that sends command signals via RS-485 communication.
