The SAPORITI PLUS 400 is the machine more suitable for the manufacturing of small and medium sizes screws and twin screws with length up to 8000 mm and diameters up to 250 mm with a very interesting and competitive price.

This machine has 45° inclined bed to allow the best view of the working procedure and the easier falls of chips in the chips conveyor. The machine is completely close for safety reason but allow a good view thanks the big windows in the doors. The milling head has end mills spindle ISO 50 or HSK 100 with hydraulic clamping. A 12 station tool changer is an available optional.

The maximum cutting speed can reach the 5000 rpm with 24 KW motor power.

All the electronic is SIEMENS and the cutters spindle motor is sealed with recirculating coolant to drastically cut the noise generated, optimize the power absorbed and reduce the breakdowns.

The self centring hydraulic rest allow the fast setting and milling of a wide range of diameters. Standard rest range from 35 mm to 220 mm. There are rest in different ranges from a minimum diameter of 15 mm also with adjustable blades to work conical screws and controlled supporting slide.

The SAPORITI PLUS 400 can also fast milling spline shaft by using last generation Sandvik tools.

With the machine can be supplied the SAPOVITE software for the easier programming also of complicated screws profiles on the machine CNC 840D Siemens and the support for the machine Factory intranet connection .
