ADAPTORS FOR DRILLING TOOLS CHAMFERERS

"CHAMFERING AND DRILLING IN A SINGLE OPERATION"

Two versions are available:

One with a fixed shank on which it is possible to mount drills with Ø6, Ø8, Ø10, Ø12, Ø14, Ø16, and Ø18.

One with a flexible shank on which can be mounted drills with a range of diameters using the ER collet holder system.

Strengths:

1. Drilling and chamfering in a single operation.

2. Range of drilling and chamfering from Ø5 to Ø18.

3. SMU.ER compatible with all the standard ER25-32-40 collet holders.

4. Because item SMU.ER... is compatible with all ..ER.. collet holders, it can also be used on power tools; this makes it possible to save one tool position on the turret lathe.

5. Insert mounted on individual insert holder blade. If breakage occurs, it is only necessary to replace a single blade (not both).

6. The product range is comprised of: 45° chamferers for solid carbide drills with ..ER.. type collet holder shank and a series of 45° chamferers with whistle-notch shank that hold solid carbide drills with shanks with Ø6, Ø8, Ø10, Ø12, Ø14, Ø16, and Ø18.
