△Saxonburg Professional and fast Immersion Heater repair：

1. We carefully reverse engineer each repaired integrated radiant tube to make it perform the same as the components used by OEM.

2. We will fill the insulating powder in the silicon nitride tube and install the resistance wire at the same time. We must ensure the spacing, shaping and overall density of the insulation powder and super thermal conductivity of the resistance wire.

3. Seal the metal wire and armored thermocouple with glass fiber sleeve and high temperature ceramic beads, and use high temperature synthetic mica board as a protective cover for the entire wiring bundle.

4. Finally, better coat the metal tube and install the required junction box.

5. Before the repair is shipped, test the resistance and withstand voltage, and the hot state test data.
