Liftronic Mobile

The new Liftronic Mobile offers productivity and safety in a variety of materials handling applications.

With the INDEVA Mobile Manipulator, bags, containers, boxes and more can be easily and safely lifted, moved and positioned on pallets or shelves at different locations. Its 4-jointed arm ensures agile movements on both sides of the trolley, while the swivel joint ensures agility and fluidity in tool movements.

When it comes to tools, the Liftronic Mobile allows you to choose from a variety of tool concepts such as linear, scissor or compact pantograph, simple hook, manual or pneumatic magnet or vacuum grip.

The Liftronic Mobile is designed to be easily and safely mounted on an electric pallet truck. The mobile manipulator is part of the Liftronic series and is therefore as safe, ergonomic and intelligent as the facilitators in the same family.

In addition, the Liftronic Mobile ensures safe handling for both the operator and the load. So even if other transport vehicles are in use at the same time or there are people present, the Mobile fits perfectly into intralogistics traffic.

Some of the special safety functions are:

- If the arm is not properly secured when moving the pallet truck, a sensor triggers an audible alarm to warn the operator.

- In the event of a low battery, the system allows the arm to be moved to a rest position, or to terminate the handling cycle, and also alerts the operator with a message on the control panel.

- If the system shuts down, it allows the operator to complete the handling cycle safely while holding the load.

- In the unlikely event of rope damage, a mechanical safety device prevents the arm from lowering.

This further optimises the processes of the production system and the risk of injury is minimised.
