HeavyCUBE Line in the Biomedical Sector

In this application, we have created a line consisting of: HeavyCUBE Pack: A station used for receiving boxes from the client’s centralized warehouse, followed by taping, labeling, and weighing the boxes.

In this application, we have created a line consisting of:

- HeavyCUBE Pack: A station used for receiving boxes from the client’s centralized warehouse, followed by taping, labeling, and weighing the boxes.

- HeavyCUBE Pall: A centralized palletizer for the simultaneous palletization of 10 multi-format pallets ready for multi-carrier shipping.

Resolved Issues:

- Data Tracking: Every parameter related to each box exiting the client’s warehouse is tracked and monitored in real time by the system.

- Carrier Palletization: The pallets destined for shipping are pre-ordered and ready to be loaded directly onto the assigned courier trucks.

- Space Occupied: The automated line requires significantly less space compared to traditional manual stations.

- Labor Hours Savings: Human resources previously engaged in manual palletization—a labor-intensive and repetitive task—are now assigned to higher-value-added activities.
