For an elevator cabin manufacturer, a dedicated handling solution was developed for processed metal sheets used in cabin assembly.
The equipment is equipped with 12 adjustable suction cups, designed to distribute the gripping force evenly and allow handling of sheets up to 30kg without risk of bending or damage.
Ergonomic handles, positioned on the long and short sides, make it easy to maneuver even large panels (2135 x 587mm) in confined spaces, ensuring precise alignment during lifting and placement on the pallet.
Presence sensors and independent suction cup adjustments guarantee a secure grip and accurate positioning.
The system enables fast and efficient handling along the assembly line, where the sheets are loaded with precision at the various stations of the elevator cabin.
