For a manufacturer of air-cooled condensers, heat pumps, and condensing units, a dedicated handling solution has been developed for L-shaped radiators, both in a single piece and composed of two non-solid elements. The tool features a pneumatic clamp with two blades designed to evenly distribute pressure and protect the radiator fins, handling weights up to 100kg. A motorized center of gravity keeps the piece aligned during lifting and placement, ensuring precise positioning on the frame. Presence sensors, pressure switches, and stroke controls guarantee correct gripping and maximum safety. A retractable adjustable hook completes the system, providing support for radiators composed of two parts and ensuring high stability throughout all handling phases.
