Sheet handling for laser cutting

Liftronic Pro

For handling sheet metal of various thicknesses at a laser cutting station, Liftronic® Pro offers a highly efficient solution. The system features a frame with 8 suction cups that can be adjusted in all directions, designed to adapt to sheet metal of various sizes and formats, with a lifting capacity of up to 90kg.

The gripping system incorporates a dual vacuum distribution circuit, which ensures maximum safety by keeping the sheet metal stable even in the event of an accidental suction cup detachment. Handling takes place exclusively in a horizontal position, ensuring precision and control throughout all operational phases.

Thanks to its ergonomic and intuitive design, Liftronic® Pro enables smooth and effortless movements, helping to reduce operator fatigue and significantly increase productivity.
