Light crane system
with 4 Liftronic stations
The video showcases an INDEVA application designed to optimize the manual handling of components and materials in manufacturing and logistics environments. The system integrates different gripping and lifting-assist solutions across multiple workstations, enabling operators to handle loads of different shapes and characteristics in a simple, safe, and ergonomic way. The case video highlights in particular the handling of cardboard boxes using a vacuum gripper, the manipulation of metal containers with vacuum-assisted systems and a pantograph gripper, as well as cable handling by means of a hook and strap. The footage demonstrates how a single lifting-assist concept can adapt to different handling requirements, improving workflow continuity, positioning accuracy, and operator comfort. A further distinctive feature of the application is the float mode function, which makes movements smoother and more controlled during load pick-up, transfer, and release. The result is a more efficient workstation, with reduced physical strain, improved ergonomics, and greater versatility in handling different products within the same production flow.
