Robot handling powder trays with precision

In this video we present an advanced robotic application for automated tray handling in the chemical industry.
The system features an industrial robot that picks up trays weighing up to 30 kg from the racks, ensuring high accuracy, repeatability and maximum operational safety.
The tray is then tilted and emptied into a hopper, where load cells accurately measure the amount of material discharged, providing continuous process control.
Once the emptying operation is completed, the tray is placed on a centering unit and then palletized into a basket, ready for the next steps in logistics or production.
This robotic solution is designed to increase efficiency, reduce manual handling and improve safety in demanding industrial environments typical of the chemical industry.
