Palletizing and depalletizing system for different box sizes
Sysdesign
This video shows a high-performance robotic palletizing cell installed at the end of two independent production lines, designed to handle multiple types and formats of boxes with maximum flexibility.
Boxes are transferred via roller conveyors and picked up individually or in pairs by an industrial robot, depending on the palletizing pattern required.
Palletizing is performed using a custom-designed end tool with multiple suction cups, which ensures safe, stable and repeatable handling.
The system includes automatic placement of interlayer sheets between pallet layers, improving load stability and overall pallet integrity.
An integrated pallet height monitoring system continuously monitors the stacking process, ensuring accurate layer formation and consistent final pallet height.
With a throughput of up to 600 boxes per hour, this solution offers high efficiency, flexibility and accuracy, making it ideal for fully automated end-of-line palletizing applications in a wide range of industries.
