In this application, INDEVA implemented a solution for handling electronic components requiring high precision, control, and safety during gripping and positioning operations. The system, based on Liftronic Air, uses a dedicated gripper with sensors detecting both the component presence and the product tag, ensuring reliable and consistent handling throughout the entire cycle. The solution allows the operator to move the component easily and intuitively, also simplifying piece rotation and tilting operations to achieve the correct orientation before insertion or machine loading. This improves workstation ergonomics, reduces manual effort, and increases safety in repetitive or delicate tasks. Thanks to the combination of assisted movement, load control, and positioning accuracy, the system helps make the process smoother, faster, and more standardized, delivering tangible benefits in terms of productivity, operational quality, and operator comfort.
