This video showcases an automated robotic bottle case-packing solution developed by SysDesign Robotic Automation by INDEVA. At the end of the production line, the system groups 12 bottles, picks them up simultaneously and places them gently and accurately into a cardboard box.
The complete solution integrates:
- Automatic carton forming and positioning
- A custom-designed multi-product gripper
- Fast and repeatable robotic handling
- Gentle and precise bottle placement
- Automatic case closing and outfeed
