For the handling of flow meters, this custom Indeva solution has been specifically designed to meet the customer’s needs.
This Liftronic Air manipulator is designed to integrate perfectly into the customer’s workplace, ensuring the continuity of production processes while improving ergonomics for the operator. Its compact design also makes it ideal for facilities with limited space.
With a lifting capacity of up to 123kg, Liftronic Air enables smooth, precise, and effortless movements. The custom-designed clamping jaws feature a soft protective coating to prevent damage to the handled components and include an integrated load sensor for continuous monitoring throughout all handling phases, enhancing both safety and reliability.
The system is also equipped with a pneumatic cylinder that allows controlled rotation up to 90°, ensuring easy and accurate positioning of the flow meters.
The result is a well-balanced solution that combines technology, ergonomics, and customization—helping to improve productivity while reducing the risk of errors and operator fatigue.
