Safety filters on fire control networks

The pipe network is maintained under a pressure of 8 to 10 bar. Poromesh® basket filters have been installed on the pump discharge, in order to protect spray nozzles from clogging. The filters are aimed at stopping particles such as sand, mud, algae...

There is a first step of filtration at 168µm, then a final filtration at 80µm.

Poromesh® basket filter are particularly adapted to the protection of the pipe network and its equipment (pump, nozzles...).

The filter overall dimensions are minimal but still allows to work with high flowrates (up to 315m3/hr) with a pressure up to 10 bar.

Poromesh® basket elements offer a big filtration area. Indeed, the metallic wire screen of the basket can be pleated, which gives you a filtration area multiplied by 3. The baskets are cleanable and re-usable. Therefore, maintenance is easy and costs are optmized (no consumables).

Moreover, products offered by TECHNOFILTRES are custom-designed, made-to-measure and can be entirely adapted to the client''s process (orientations, connections, material...).
