Safe Electric Press Hand-Work Place

For SCHMIDT Technology the personal safety of the worker has always been one of the main goals in the design of manual workstations.

The electro-motor press system inclusive two-hand release, equipped with the updated press bases PU20 and PU40 meets the safety requirements, as well as the ergonomic standards perfectly. The new press bases PU 20 and PU 40 are available as an electrically height-adjustable version and also as a static execution.

A maximum force of 4 kN, a max. speed of 150 mm / s, and a stroke of 100 mm are available for this process. The positioning accuracy is better than 0.1 mm. With and without real-time process monitoring, the Electric Press can be integrated easy and fast into a single work place, as well as in an automatic facility.

The SCHMIDT® ElectricPress is predestined especially for processes that require repeatable operating profiles, which cannot be realised with a manual or pneumatic press (e. g. press-fit applications). The higher energy efficiency completes the technical and economic solution optimally.
