Maintenance free for 20,000 km with LUBE-S

The lubricant reservoir for the new long-term lubricant LUBE S in integrated directly in the MINIRAIL carriage for the SCHNEEBERGER miniature guideway MINIRAIL. The tangential lubrication of the circulating bearings with LUBE S is achieved by a capillary effect. The direct and sufficiently dosed lubrication of the bearings is ensured at all times in all installation orientations. Under normal environmental conditions and appropriate loads, this provides freedom from maintenance for 20,000 kilometers of travel distance while minimizing lubricant consumption.

Carriage sizes unchanged with LUBE-S

The integration of LUBE S in the MINIRAIL carriage, guarantees adequate long term lubrication even with short strokes. Travel distances are not impaired because the installation length of the carriage and the required installation space remain unchanged. This is a tremendous advantage, especially, in the case of short strokes!

LUBE-S lubricates directly under load

The lubricant reservoir for LUBE S ensures the bearings of the MINIRAIL carriage are lubricated point by point directly under load. The means the push force, service life, and friction movement of the MINIRAIL carriages are not affected. The full range of performance of the miniature guideways is always guaranteed at a high level with LUBE S.

The new long-term lubricant LUBE-S is available for all MINIRAIL carriage sizes: MNN, MNNS, MNNL und MNNXL. All series are available for any size (delivery dates on request). MINIRAIL with LUBE-S can deliver the required advantages for your application too!
