More compact, more robust, more versatile – the new actuator for the 4030 ball sector motor valve
The ball sector motor valves are used for demanding on/off and control applications, especially in connection with soiled, abrasive and viscous media.
A new compact electric quarter-turn actuator combines the exceptional control properties with considerable improvements that have been made with regard to the durability and service life thanks to its robust design.
The robust actuator provides an IP67 ingress protection and is able to handle temperatures of between -20 and +70°C (-4°F and 158°F). It is equipped with low-wear metal gears. It is characterised by a stable repeatability of the positions that were previously set. In addition, it is equipped with a multi-range power supply for 24-240V AC/DC.
The optional accessories include a Bluetooth control system, Modbus, a fail-safe function in addition to a feedback of 4-20mA or a potentiometer with 0-10V, 4-20 mA or via a 3-point control.
