HARDWARE - ROBUST, MODULAR, RELIABLE

The core of the Prime Box Pico is an Intel ATOM x7-E3950 processor. This is specially qualified by Intel for 24/7 use in embedded and industrial IoT applications. The extended temperature range provides a durable and reliable basis for your application.

The special embedded features as well as functions to support real-time applications and virtualization form an excellent platform for a wide range of possible applications. Thanks to the processor's functional and performance reserves, future tasks can also be solved. This makes the Prime Box Pico a safe investment.

The components meet the highest quality standards and are verified and validated by us for use. The mass storage devices used are also of the highest quality to ensure a high level of data security.

The system can be freely configured with many other options and offers a wide range of connectivity in the BASE version: whether fieldbus connection, WLAN/BLUETOOTH or LTE mobile radio, the portfolio is constantly being expanded. If requirements go beyond the BASE standard, the STYLE configuration offers a selection of customer-specific adaptations at a fixed price. More in-depth system adaptations or individual system development are possible with the CUSTOM configuration.

The robust system design is underlined by a high-quality aluminum housing. The purely passive, fanless system and processor cooling contributes to high reliability and operational safety. The Prime Box Pico can be used in a temperature range from -10°C to +50°C without any problems.

The compact housing with front access is easy to install. All interfaces are accessible from one side. This enables quick and easy wiring. In the event of servicing, the backup battery can be easily replaced at the front without opening the device.

All Prime Cube products are available for 10 years in form, fit and function and come with a 36-month warranty.

SOFTWARE - INDIVIDUAL CONFIGURATIONS AND ADAPTATIONS

The software is an essential component of an industrial application. We offer WINDOWS and LINUX operating systems for all Prime Cube computer systems. The configuration levels BASE, STYLE and CUSTOM also apply here. BASE provides a quick and simple operating system standard for your solution. The operating systems are kept lean and optimized for use in embedded systems. The standard configuration forms a solid basis for many applications. A specifically configured UEFI and operating system are available for optimum work preparation. In the STYLE version, individual default settings such as user configuration, the definition of passwords or even a system boot with your logo can be easily implemented. CUSTOM offers an efficient overall solution. All operating systems and their configuration are archived on internal servers and only changed and managed at our site.
