SPP - Authomatic polymer preparation

The internal connections between sections allows the correct dissolution, homogenization and storage of the solution.

The system consist of:

- a hopper with a safety cover; stainless steel AISI304/316;

volume range:40 to 70 Lt depending on the model.

- micro screw feeder, with drive and speed regulation to control the flow rate.

- control panel and water flow regulation system (from 200Lt/h to 3000Lt/h), consisting in a water filter, a pressure reduction system; a pressure gauge, a flow valve system, a flow meter.

Everything controlled by the control panel and installed on the tank.
