Seiko Instruments releases SLP720RT Liner-free Label Printer

New 2" liner-free label and receipt printer series

The brand new SLP720RT label and receipt printer series meets the growing demand for liner-

less labels. Many applications already rely on this economically and environmentally attractive

label type.

Along with a printing speed of 200mm/s and a slim, space-saving design, the printer series

offers all the essential features needed in Retail, Hospitality, Food Service applications and

many others. The SLP720RT features an automatic paper cutter that allows partial and full

cuts, as well as paper end, label taken and blackmark sensors. All major interfaces are

supported: USB / LAN+USB / WLAN as well as the operating systems Windows / iOS /

Android.

A wide range of media material and sizes is supported: liner-less label widths of 40 and

58mm, standard labels of 31 to 58mm width and standard receipt paper of 40 and 58mm

width. A back-feed function enables to reduce the top margin to 4mm, saving label

consumption and the large label roll diameter of up to 102mm make it suitable for printing

customer labels for food pick-up and delivery, coffee to go or for visitor management. The

new SLP720RT is designed to fit into tight spaces and performs reliably in multiple

applications and vertical markets such as Medical, Manufacturing, Education, and more. This
