Inline concentration measurement of sulfuric acid and oleum
For the inline concentration measurement the LiquiSonic® technology is based on sonic velocity, that is the only measuring method providing clear and reliable measuring results in the relevant concentration range of sulfuric acid and oleum. The LiquiSonic® sensors are installed directly into pipelines or vessels and can be easily integrated into any facility. Because of the robust design and corrosion-resistant material, the sensors are maintenance-free, free of drift and stable, long-term.
The LiquiSonic® controller displays, stores and processes online the measuring results. If the results exceed or fall below thresholds, a signal will be sent immediately. For automated process control, the measuring results can be transferred to the control system via 4...20 mA signals, digital outputs, fieldbus (e.g. Profibus DP) or Ethernet.
