Inline beverage analysis of concentrations and ingredients

The LiquiSonic® analyzers of SensoTech measure the various concentrations with high precision, continuously and in real time. The sensors are installed directly in the pipe line or vessel. The measuring results proved an accuracy of ±0.05 % and will be updated every second. If the results are outside of the defined production range, a signal will be sent immediately to initiate timely countermeasures. This ensures not only a high beverage quality and process reliability, but also avoids unnecessary costs caused by production of failed batches. In addition, the inline beverage analysis enables an efficient control of the raw material and energy consumption. For automated control, the measuring results can be transferred to the process control system via analog or digital outputs, via fieldbus such as Profibus DP or via Ethernet.

A LiquiSonic® analyzer consists of one or more sensors and one controller. The sensors meet the hygienic requirements of the beverage and food industry and are easy to integrate into any plant system. To determine the concentration, sonic velocity is used as physical value. This measuring method provides extremely fast, accurate and stable results. Due to the robustness and insensitivity to contamination the analyzer is maintenance-free and long-term operating.

The controller displays the measuring results and shows clear trend views. The results can be analyzed with the controller or by network integration directly with the PC. Secure remote control options ensure maximum flexibility and online information about the process status.
