Today, Sentop takes you into the world of pedals! How much do you know about pedals? Let's explore together what advantages Sentop's pedal controllers have!
Hello, everyone! In the previous article, we introduced the new member of the Shanghai Sibo/Sentop pedals—HC45FCD Suspended Hall-type Pedal in detail. Today, Sentop takes you into the world of pedals! How much do you know about pedals? Let's explore together what advantages Sentop's pedal controllers have!
Hall-type Pedals
Characteristics of Hall-type Pedals: Built-in Hall Effect sensors, high precision, long life, optional configuration, and customizable.
HC70FCA Hall-type Pedal
Built-in Hall Effect sensor
Single or dual redundant outputs
Highly reliable all-metal housing
HC70FCA has various output types and can be customized, such as output range, output curve type, etc., according to customer requirements. In addition to commonly used analog signals like 0-5V, 0-10V, 4-20mA, it can also provide digital and bus signals like PWM, SSI, RS485, CAN. With an operating force of 15-27N, it provides operators with a more comfortable experience. The all-metal base and tread make the product more robust and durable. The top roller structure also makes it easier to clean, suitable for some harsh industrial environments.
H80FCL Hall-type Pedal
Built-in Hall Effect sensor
Optional kick-down device
Dual output capability
Multiple switch types—Optional Built-in D-type and F-type switches:
D-type switch: activated approximately 3 degrees after stepping, 1V±0.3V.
F-type switch: activated approximately 3 degrees from the end of the step, 4V±0.3V.
Optional special structure:
Kick-down device, a force difference at around 5 degrees from the end of the step. It requires more force to continue stepping down, enhancing safety to some extent.
HC60FCA Hall-type Pedal
Built-in Hall Effect sensor
Suitable for different engine interfaces
This product is highly cost-effective, suitable for various engine interfaces, and has the largest operating angle among Sentop's Hall-type pedals, reaching 45 degrees.
Potentiometer-type Pedals
Characteristics of Potentiometer-type Pedals: Imported precision conductive plastic potentiometers, high resolution, sturdy structure, and long life.
C70FCA Potentiometer-type Pedal
Throttle pedal
Conductive plastic
Highly reliable all-metal housing
C70FCA is often used as a throttle pedal, containing a precision conductive plastic potentiometer and a highly reliable all-metal housing. It is an accelerator pedal type with a sturdy structure. By installing a dual potentiometer, redundant output can be achieved. For special electrical outputs or specific connector requirements, contact Sentop.
200FCW Potentiometer-type Pedal
Conductive plastic type
see-saw type
A see-saw type pedal under Sentop, with a robust all-metal housing. The product can swing forward and backward by stepping on the tread, and a single side reset type is also available.
Optional potentiometers:
Built-in precision conductive plastic potentiometer, or optional Hall-effect potentiometer, with multiple signal outputs.
Optional switch types:
Operating angle: Approximately 11° forward and backward.
In summary, whether it's Hall-effect or potentiometer-type pedals, Sentop's products are characterized by high reliability, multiple output options, and high cost-effectiveness. Providing customized products to customers is our consistent service feature. If you have pedal needs, feel free to contact Sentop anytime!
