Today we specifically introduce a protection module against lightning strike and pulse interference: SBP-022.

1. What kinds of protection can the protection module SBP-022 provide?

SBP-022 can provide overvoltage, overcurrent, anti-reverse connection protection to the power supply end of contactless potentiometers, and overvoltage and reverse current limiting protection to the signal end of contactless potentiometers.

The multistage filter absorption circuit and voltage regulator circuit of SBP-022 have a good suppression effect on the external electrical interference such as group pulse, lightning surge and so on, so that contactless potentiometers can continue to work under the bad electrical environment.

For contactles potentiometers, SBP-022 is equivalent to a layer of armor. The resistance after putting on this layer of armor multiplies.

2. Other functions of the protection module SBP-022

In addition to providing protection, SBP-022 also has a certain signal conversion capability, which can convert the output signal of the contactless potentiometer with 0 ~ 5V output into 0 ~ 10V output. 3. Using of protection module SBP-022

SBP-022 can be used not only with contactless potentiometers of 0 ~ 5V output of all series of SIBO, and also with joysticks, pedal controllers and handwheel controllers with the same output of SIBO.

SBP-022 has two input and output channels, which can be connected to two single output contactless potentiometers at the same time, or to one dual contactless potentiometer.
