Unique trace NH3 measurement

Following environmental monitoring and testing at a European semiconductor plant, ammonia was found to be in the outlets of the ammonia abatement system, which could cause potential health and environmental risks.

The SERVOTOUGH Laser 3 Plus Environmental Ammonia is typically used in DeNOx and emission measurement applications. It was tested in this application which is very new for laser-based measurement solutions, and demands a high degree of measurement sensitivity and stability.
