Vertical pallet strapping machine

1 General informaiton

The fully automatic strapping machine KZV1220 is specially used to strap the pallets. Top standard strap head, the PLC is SMART S7-200 from SIEMENS, which ensure the advanced property and reliable operation. This machine is used with the pallet wrapping and conveying line automatically in no need of manual operation.This machine is mainly equipped by Frame, strapping head, strap feeding unit, strap holder unit and control platform.

2 Specification

2.1 Strapping specification:

2.2 Requirement for the placing of the pallets.

The pallet is laid on the conveyor with the center line parallel with the ground surface.

2.3 Strapping head:

Feeding speed of the belt: 2.5-4.5m/s

Tension force, infinite regulation: 200-2500N

Hot melting sealing, length of sealing head: 27mm

Material of belt: PET/PP

Width of belt: 9-16mm (Recommend 12mm )

Thickness of belt: 0.6—0.8mm

2.4 Strapping efficiency: 15 seconds/strapping

2.5 Power supply: 380V/3P/50Hz

3 Description and electric brand

3.1 The whole machine is equipped with automatic swords threading system.

3.2 With the function of auto tape threading.

3.3 The lifting of strapping heading is driven by gear motor SEW to ensure stable operation and reliable braking.

3.4 With the strapping head of model VK10 K120-16 of TITAN Germany. The internal of each strapping is 15s.

The strap holder Model KE-400 has the auto strap collecting function.

3.5 The PLC is Smart S7-200 control system (SIEMENS). The customer can set the times and distance as per the requirement.
