The multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is built for heavy-duty operation and high-hardness rock, known as a hard rock specialist. It comes with an automatically regulated feeding system, thickened wear-resistant belt and buffer structure to reduce impact damage. The main crushing host adopts full hydraulic CSS adjustment, high-performance dust sealing and double iron protection to avoid damage from tramp iron. The crawler chassis can be remotely controlled for transportation and deployment. It is equipped with heavy-duty conveyor, permanent magnetic iron remover, intelligent return system and expandable finishing screen, supporting continuous feeding, 90° rotating discharge and mixed material output.

Both versions are mounted on DM heavy-duty tracked chassis. With low ground pressure and excellent climbing performance, the unit can travel freely on muddy quarry faces and rugged mountain mining zones. It realizes on-site crushing, cutting down long-distance haulage costs of rock materials. No foundation or hoisting work is required; the machine can be deployed rapidly and start crushing immediately after arriving at the site.
