Many people are quite curious about how tires are produced. Now, let me introduce the subsequent assembly and production process of tires to you. It mainly include three parts: assembling of tire & rims - inflation - dynamic unbalance test- sorting. Let's take a look at the composition and working process of each part respectively
Part 1: Manually hoist the rims and tires to the tire mounting machine. Follow the equipment instructions to install them together. After completion, push them to the loading roller conveyor line.
Core component: Tire disassembly/assembly machine.
--It adopts a semi-automatic side swing arm type, which can disassemble and assemble the tires of cars, ordinary motorcycles and light trucks.
--The lightweight right auxiliary arm can easily separate the tire from the rim by pressing it down, effectively preventing the rim from being scratched when the tire head is removed.
--The upgraded motor saves energy and reduces noise, saves maintenance costs, and increases tire removal efficiency by 30%.

Part 2: Transport to the inflator for automatic inflation
Core components: Inflator + air storage tank
--The positioning is carried out by the centering gripper mechanism to ensure that the position of the tires on the conveying and inflation platform does not shift.
--The tires are fixed by the inflation clamping device for rapid inflation.
--The specially designed inflation clamping device supports quick switching and can meet the needs of tires ranging from 17 to 24 inches.

Part 3: Tire Unbalance Correction and Sorting
Core components: Tire balancing machine, unbalance correction station, tire unbalance retest, OK/NG sorting
--The inflated tires undergo a balance test, and the unbalance value is displayed on the screen.
--After manually attaching balance weight to the unbalanced position is completed, it flows to the automatic pressurization station for pressurization to prevent the balance weight from falling off.
--The tires with balance weight are retested, and the products with qualified and unqualified dynamic unbalance are sorted.
After going through the above steps, qualified tires can enter the subsequent processes of the original equipment manufacturer, 4S stores and the after-sales market.
