The balance solution that has been repeatedly verified by WEG is now available for your use as well.
Just a few days ago, the technical team from WEG's headquarters visited our headquarters again.
This was not a first encounter, nor was it a simple price inquiry.
It was a new round of in-depth communication for a project - and before this, WEG had already been our long-term client.
We did not deliberately publicize this matter, but we have decided to mention it today: WEG, which holds the top market share in low-voltage motors globally, is continuously purchasing our balancing machines.
Why WEG? Why us?
WEG has extremely strict requirements for dynamic balancing: 100% dynamic balance testing is conducted for each motor before it leaves the factory. It strictly follows international standards such as IEC 60034-14 and NEMA MG1, using the "half-key" method to simulate real working conditions. The balance data is traceable and can be archived.
The balancing machine they need is not "good enough if it works", but rather:
-- High repeatability, suitable for mass production
-- Compatible with various rotor specifications
-- Data can be connected to the MES system
-- Quick after-sales response, without delaying the production line
And we have precisely achieved all of these.
For fellow motor manufacturers: The path of WEG can be directly adopted.
If you are troubled by excessive motor vibration, high rework rate, and frequent noise complaints, the problem is likely to lie in the rotor dynamic balance stage. We can offer you the following:
-- Balancing machines with the same technical platform as WEG (accuracy, software, tooling logic)
-- Customized solutions for the motor industry (semi-key balancing, double-plane correction, automatic weight removal)
-- Whole factory balancing data management system
For WEG authorized maintenance contractors: If the vibration is too strong after the repair, it is usually because this one piece of equipment is missing.
Many maintenance contractors have encountered this situation: The windings were repaired, the bearings were replaced, but the machine still vibrates when it starts up.
The reason is simple - during the disassembly and assembly process, the rotor balance was disrupted, but you didn't use a balancing machine.
Now, you can:
-- Complete the repair and rotor balancing in one step, and the delivery standard will closely match that of the original factory
-- No longer outsource the balancing process, reducing the cycle time and keeping the profits in your own hands
-- Use the real-time measured data to prove to the customers that "the performance is restored to the factory standard after the repair"
Who are we?
We are Shanghai Jianping Dynamic Balancing Machine Manufacturer - a strategic balancing equipment supplier of WEG.
We have just completed a new round of technical alignment and project communication with the headquarters of WEG.
The equipment complies with ISO 21940 / GB/T 4201 and supports CNAS calibration.
We do not sell the cheapest balancing machine.
What we offer are: the balancing solutions that have been repeatedly verified by WEG, BYD, Varroc, ABB, Siemens, etc. Contact us and you can also obtain the balancing capability of "WEG identical model".
