FZ-08 Steel coil tilter

Our FZ-series automatic mechanical coil tilter is used for turning the steel coil or other heavy objects such as aluminum coil,mould, steel wire coil,spool,etc. from horizontal condition to vertical or from vertical to horizontal freely. It also can be connected to the production line for wrapping or some other application.

Features:

1. Adopting special double chain drive, oblique gear and worm speed reducer.

2. Four-roller device is wrapped with polyamide adhesive.

3. Inverter controls are adopted making the work progress fast, stable and safe.

4.Independent electrical panel control for easy and safe operation.

5.Electric &Mechanical displacement restrictors adopted to grantee safety operation.

6.The machine can be stopped at any angle during turning.

7. Emergence stop and position locking function avoid rotation.
