Automatic plastic pipe bundling packing machinery

This Automatic pvc/ppr pipe packing line is specially designed for plastic pipe making industries.It can be connected with associated pipe production line to achieve the automatic operation of pipe feeding, separating, forming, aligning, bundling, strapping, conveying&etc. The diameter of the largest bundle circumcircle reaches 450mm. The operation is controlled by PLC controller and HMI touch screen,working smoothly and powerfully. The optoelectronic system traces the pipe length and locates the products precisely. It is a reliable packing unit featuring high automation, fast speed, convenient and safe on-line operation.
