Typical application
The typical application for the hydraulic settlement system is monitoring settlement in large storage tanks, large buildings such as hydropower plants, embankments, nuclear power plants, high-rise buildings, foundation pits, tunnels, bridges, subways, water conservancy project rock mass, integrated pipe gallery, roadbed, and other civil structures etc.
Measurement principle:
The hydraulic settlement system measures the relative elevation change between two or more points. It consists of a lot of hydraulic settlement sensors, liquid storage tank, connecting pipes, and collecting instruments. And it is different from other traditional settlement monitoring systems. The settlement system is generally installed on the pier corresponding to the height of the object to be measured or on the wall contour of the measured object. Usually, the integrated modular automatic measuring unit collects data and connects with the computer through wired or wireless communication to realize automation observation. It belongs to high-precision online deformation monitoring system, and the system supports automatic network transmission. It can realize remote access monitoring and cloud storage and data sharing.
