The World’s First Horizontal FFS with Integrated Packer, Stacker and Auto feeder!

Shemesh Automation has added the world’s premier horizontal FFS with integrated stacker, packer & product auto feeder, to its collection of premium packaging machinery.

The first of it’s kind, the MULTI 1 is designed to specifically package small and medium sized flat sachets and is a fully automatic servo-driven cam design encased in a single frame with a footprint that is even better than a sofa at just under 2.5m x 1.5m!

Applicable to the food and beverage, beauty and cosmetics, pharma and chemical industries, the MULTI 1 boosts extraordinary features such as fully automatic feed to form, fill, seal, cut, stack and carton pack sachets with complete QC and 140ppm, in addition to being Industry 4 ready and adhering to GMP (General Machine Practice).

The highly innovative MULTI 1 can perform the functions of several machines which significantly reduces the need for large floor space, reduces overhead costs, and maximises product output.
