AC servo motor control method

Position control: In position control mode, the control system achieves precise positioning by controlling the position of the servo motor.

(1) Position control

In position control mode, the control system achieves precise positioning by controlling the position of the servo motor.

An encoder or other position sensor is usually used to feed back the actual position of the motor, compare it to the target position, and then adjust the output of the motor so that it reaches the target position.

(2) Speed control

In the speed control mode, the control system realizes the required movement speed by controlling the speed of the servo motor.

An encoder or other speed sensor is usually used to feed back the actual speed of the motor, compare it with the target speed, and then adjust the output of the motor to make it reach the target speed.

(3) Torque control

In the torque control mode, the control system realizes the required force and load control by controlling the output torque of the servo motor.

Usually, a torque sensor or a current sensor is used to feed back the actual output torque of the motor, and compare it with the target torque, and then adjust the output of the motor to make it reach the target torque.

(4) Pressure control

In some specific applications, it is necessary to control the pressure in the hydraulic or pneumatic system.

The AC servo motor control system can achieve the required pressure control by controlling actuators such as hydraulic pumps or pneumatic valves.

(5) Force control

In some applications, it is necessary to control the force applied to the work object, such as assembly, clamping and cutting operations.

The AC servo motor control system can control the force signal feed back by the force sensor and adjust the motor output to achieve the required force control.
