The Application of INVT Digital Drive in CNC Deep Hole Processing

The whole system adopts specialized CNC unit to control transmission mechanism and asynchronous servo motor to drive the drill bit, and it also has executive unit, independent temperature control unit and independent pressure control unit that receive signals from the sensor.

INVT servo system adopts 32-bit DSP TMS320F28332 from TI as main control, of which the float point unit ensures high operational precision of the whole servo system in comparison with 24-bit DSP from TI.
