The cold rolled steel factory of Shougang Group requires the strapping speed fast enough to catch up with their production speed, and they require 4 ID-OD strapping for each coil, so we designed this double strapping head automatic steel strapping machine for them, and the strapping head is placed on the both end of the coil vertical to its axis, thus the strapping machine will be able to finish the 2 strapping procedures at the same time, the coil stand still and the machine will move by 90 degree to strap the another 2 rounds.
